In addition to a donation now, your donation of all or part of your tax return to the wildlife diversity fund allows for the conservation of nongame wildlife not supported from traditional sources such as hunting licenses.

Create or Improve Wildlife Habitat

Guidance and assistance are available for the creation and improvement of wildlife habitat on private and public lands.  Visit the Contact Us page to locate a biologist in your area who can provide you with details and a consultation. Prescribed Burn Associations may even be available in your vicinity.

Volunteer

Consider donating some of your time to efforts that promote wildlife habitat conservation.  Opportunities are available through the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and its many partners in conservation.  Search for community projects posted by Take Pride in America. You may want to train in Project WILD or as a Nebraska Master Naturalist.   Also, there are volunteer opportunities with the Tern and Plover Conservation Partnership and Nebraska Breeding Bird Atlas II.
