Federal (U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service) leg bands recovered from birds taken can now be reported at www.reportband.gov or by phone at 800-327-2263. Some bands have this number imprinted on them but all bands can be reported at this number. The toll-free number is ONLY to be used to report bands.

• date and location of harvest. Location should include county and distance and direction from nearest town.
