Plan to attend The 2015 Fort Kearny Outdoor Expo

This event was formerly the Outdoor Expo.  The event will be at Fort Kearny State Recreation Area on May 9, 2015.

The Fort Kearny Outdoor Expo will showcase the state’s vast number of fun activities for outdoor enthusiast of all age.  This event is designed to meet the needs of anyone interested in outdoor lifestyle, regardless of age or experience. 

Participating in the activities is free.  An annual or daily park permit per vehicle will be required.

*Cabela’s Outdoor Challenge

Friendly competition for the entire family sponsored by Cabela’s.  No experience needed.  Anyone that completes all 6 activities in their age division is eligible to win Cabela’s gift cards and gear packages.  Cabela’s Outdoor Challenge cards will be handed out at the designated activities.  Challenge is split into three age divisions; 8 and under, 8 – 15 and 16 and Over.  Activities will include slingshots, fish casting, shotguns, archery, camping games and many more.  Don’t miss this fun opportunity.
