Beyond BOW Geocaching - October 11, 2014

GeoCaching is a fun and interactive way to explore the outdoors! We will learn how GeoCaching uses hand-held GPS units to find a hidden treasure in nature. We will have the GPS units, the hidden cache, and an enthusiastic leader who will lead you on a fun (and not too hard) adventure! A high-tech scavenger hunt is waiting for you!

Participants will photograph alongside NEBRASKAland editor Jeff Kurrus at Aksarben Aquarium learning outdoor photography strategies both in the field and back in the classroom. Participants should bring their own photography equipment

Beyond Bow Event Schedule

Beyond BOW is designed to teach more advanced skills. The small group atmosphere enables one-on-one instruction that achieves safety, education and personal assurance in a non-threatening environment. A Beyond Bow event may take place in one afternoon, over a weekend or over several evenings.
