Outdoor Cooking Camp- NEW EVENT!
May 5 & 6. This is a completely hands-on weekend cooking camp for all levels of outdoor cookers—newbies to experienced. Select your interactive classes and learn all aspects of outdoor cooking—from grilling, smoking, dehydration, fish cleaning, jerky & sausage making, campfire cooking, Dutch Oven cooking and wild edibles. Participants will create Saturday evening meal using new techniques and compete in a Sunday morning friendly breakfast challenge. Discounted lodging packages available. Shooting Sports Day Camp offers firearm and archery training for youth, adults and families; and provides a safe, hands-on learning environment under the supervision of experienced shooters, coaches and instructors.

Expert instructors begin each class with the basics, providing hands-on experience and encourage all participants to ask questions and try the skill.
Session activities are for adults and children ages 11 and older.
Come and enjoy the sheer fun of shooting sports.
